Calling all Senior Parents!!!
- Volunteers Needed: We need many volunteers to help fundraise and organize events to celebrate our graduating Class of 2022! Check out our link to signup.
- Clothing Drive: All gently used clothing/shoes/bedding/linens/toys can be dropped off at your convenience to Ameritex Industries, located at 39 Everett Drive, Princeton Junction. Ameritex supports organizations by reducing the amount of textiles to our landfills, provides local employment, and gives gently used items a second chance to be used/worn again domestically and internationally. Be sure to mark your donation bag: WWP HSN so that we can get credit for your donation.
Post Prom is such an important event for our Seniors!! What is Post Prom, you may ask? Well, let us tell you!
Post Prom is an “After Party” organized by the PTSA Post Prom Committee. It starts at Midnight after the Prom, and runs until 5am. We supply our Seniors with loads of entertainment, Professional dancers, Illusionists, Inflatables, Games, Prizes, DJ Dancing, Food and so much more…. The importance of this event is to provide our students with a safe fun environment to continue their partying. Young Adults do not tire easily, so an event like Post Prom is truly needed. If we do not have this type of event, then our Seniors will be searching for other venues to party, such as: NYC Night Clubs/Bars, Philadelphia Night Clubs/Bars, Beach House Rentals, etc…. All of these places are bound to have alcohol and most likely drugs that are easily available. Drunk driving accidents have been proven to increase during Prom Season. It is imperative that we continue our Post Prom event to ensure the safety of our Seniors.
There are many ways you can help. We need volunteers and will also need donations. We run several fundraising events during the year that we urge you to participate in, as well as Just Write a Check for Post Prom. Please visit our Post Prom website for the most current happenings!
